Job Role
The Traffic Manager will be responsible for arranging market vehicles, ensuring timely vehicle availability, and coordinating transportation operations to meet customer commitments.
Key Responsibilities
- Arrange and manage market vehicles as per daily business requirements.
- Negotiate freight rates with transporters and vehicle owners.
- Ensure timely placement of vehicles and smooth execution of trips.
- Coordinate with operations, drivers, and transport vendors.
- Handle last-minute operational challenges and maintain service quality.
- Work under pressure and remain available during extended working hours whenever required.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with transporters and fleet owners.
Preferred Skills
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple assignments.
- Flexible to work late hours when operationally required.
- Prior experience in transportation or logistics is preferred.
Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
