Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and customer-friendly CRM Executive to visit retail pharmacies, interact with customers, understand their requirements, and promote our pharmacy services and products.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit different retail pharmacies on a daily basis.
- Interact with customers and understand their needs and queries.
- Explain pharmacy products, services, offers, and schemes to customers.
- Build and maintain good relationships with pharmacy customers.
- Collect customer feedback and share it with the team.
- Support customer engagement and improve customer satisfaction.
- Maintain daily visit and customer interaction reports.
- Coordinate with the pharmacy/store team when required.
Requirements
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with travelling and visiting multiple pharmacies.
- Customer-friendly attitude and positive approach.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones and WhatsApp.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
Working Hours
Part-Time: Flexible working hours based on business requirements.
Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
