You will drive predictable delivery across HCM scrum teams composed of product analysts and engineers by enabling strong Agile and Scrum practices and facilitating all core ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, demos, retrospectives, and backlog refinement. You will partner closely with product and engineering to ensure clear priorities, readiness of work, and alignment to business outcomes, while proactively managing risks, dependencies, and impediments across teams and stakeholders. You will support release planning and execution, ensuring teams are prepared for on‑time, high‑quality releases, and provide transparency into delivery through effective communication, metrics, and continuous improvement, while coaching teams to strengthen Agile maturity and accountability.
An ideal candidate: you should be strong, adaptable leader who thrives in a hybrid Agile environment, confidently navigating ambiguity while driving results, making decisions, and influencing stakeholders at all levels. Must communicate with clarity and purpose, bring a solid understanding of Agile/PI Planning, and continuously demonstrate a strong ability to learn and grow.
Major Duties and Responsibilities
Track delivery progress using metrics, KPIs, time tracking, and tools to ensure accountability and transparency.
Drive continuous improvement by leveraging team feedback, retrospectives, and metrics to improve flow, predictability, and team effectiveness over time.
Demonstrate strong listening and communication skills, effective problem‑solving, a drive for results, and the ability to operate confidently in ambiguity while supporting multiple teams delivering complex work.
