Job Description:
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team needs.
- Source candidates through a variety of channels including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate technical qualifications and cultural fit.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple positions simultaneously
- Calling on application received on job opening
- Manage the interview process, coordinate interviews, and provide timely feedback to candidates and hiring managers.
- Extend job offers and negotiate salary and benefits.
- Maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future IT and Non IT openings.
- Utilize recruitment tools and systems to track candidates and recruitment metrics.
- Stay updated on industry trends and innovative recruitment strategies.
