- Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and exit formalities.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment, including manpower planning, job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, selection, and joining formalities.
- Prepare and maintain offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, experience letters, relieving letters, warning letters, and other HR documents.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee personal files, HR records, attendance, leave records, and documentation.
- Monitor daily employee attendance, late coming, absenteeism, overtime, and leave management.
- Coordinate with the accounts/payroll team for monthly payroll processing, including attendance, leave, deductions, incentives, and salary-related inputs.
- Manage employee onboarding and induction, including documentation, introduction to company policies, and coordination of necessary facilities and access.
- Communicate and implement company HR policies, rules, procedures, and employee guidelines.
- Handle employee queries, concerns, grievances, and disciplinary matters in coordination with management.
- Coordinate performance appraisal, employee confirmation, increments, promotions, and performance-related documentation.
- Organize and coordinate employee training, development programs, meetings, and engagement activities.
- Ensure proper handling of employee disciplinary actions, warning letters, show-cause notices, and related documentation when required.
- Manage employee exit procedures, including resignation acceptance, clearance, exit interviews, relieving/experience letters, and coordination for full-and-final settlement.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, statutory requirements, company policies, and HR procedures.
- Coordinate with consultants/agencies for PF, ESI, Professional Tax, Labour Welfare Fund, payroll compliance, and other applicable statutory matters.
- Maintain and update HR MIS reports, including headcount, attendance, attrition, recruitment status, leave, and employee-related reports.
- Support management in preparing HR and administrative reports and presentations.
Office Administration
- Manage the day-to-day administrative operations of the office.
- Coordinate housekeeping, security, maintenance, reception, office support staff, and facility management.
- Manage office stationery, consumables, office supplies, and inventory.
- Maintain office assets, equipment, furniture, and asset registers.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for maintenance, repairs, housekeeping, security, AMC, and other services.
- Obtain quotations, compare vendor proposals, coordinate purchase requirements, and follow up on deliveries and services.
- Monitor office expenses and administrative costs and submit relevant bills and supporting documents.
- Coordinate business travel, hotel bookings, transportation, meetings, conferences, and company events when required.
- Manage courier, postal services, official correspondence, and general office communication.
- Coordinate with building management, landlords, utility providers, and external agencies.
- Ensure the office maintains proper cleanliness, safety, security, and workplace standards.
- Maintain administrative records, agreements, licenses, certificates, and other office documentation.
- Support management with general administrative requirements and special projects.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
