Job Title: Admin Executive
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Admin to support daily administrative operations and assist senior management. The role requires strong coordination, documentation, and organizational skills to ensure smooth office functioning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain executive calendars, appointments, and meetings
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, travel, and events
- Handle emails, calls, and correspondence on behalf of management
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents
- Maintain confidential records and sensitive information
- Follow up on tasks, deadlines, and important deliverables
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Assist in office administration and operational tasks
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Min 6 months of experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Multitasking and problem-solving skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
