THE ROLE
We are looking for a hands-on Plant Operator to support day-to-day manufacturing operations at our Faridabad facility. The role involves working on the plant floor, executing batch additions as per production schedules, and acting as a key link between supervisors and lab personnel to ensure smooth and accurate operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Execute raw material batch additions as per prescribed formulations and schedules
- Coordinate effectively between production supervisors and laboratory personnel
- Carry out basic plant operations including monitoring equipment, maintaining process conditions, and flagging deviations
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols at all times
- Maintain accurate records of batch activities and report observations to supervisors
- Assist in housekeeping and upkeep of the plant area
- Support the team during batch changeovers and equipment checks
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Prior experience in a chemical or manufacturing plant environment
- Ability to follow instructions precisely and work as part of a team
- Good communication skills — able to coordinate clearly between departments
- Basic understanding of plant safety practices
- Physically fit and comfortable working on the plant floor
- Experience in resin, polymer, or process chemical manufacturing is an advantage

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
