Job Title: Executive Assistant to the CEO

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the CEO in daily administrative and coordination activities. The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of experience in the construction industry and be capable of managing schedules, coordinating with HODs, and ensuring smooth communication between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and site visits.
- Coordinate meetings with Heads of Departments (HODs), project teams, clients, and vendors.
- Prepare meeting agendas, minutes of meetings, and follow-up action reports.
- Track project updates and ensure timely communication between the CEO and departments.
- Handle confidential documents and maintain organized records.
- Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and official correspondence.
- Arrange travel bookings, accommodations, and logistics for the CEO.
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Ensure effective coordination across departments for smooth execution of projects.
- Follow up on pending tasks and deadlines as directed by the CEO.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
- 1–2 years of experience in the construction industry (preferred).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience coordinating with project managers and site teams.
- Knowledge of construction project workflow and documentation.
- Strong follow-up and reporting skills.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
