Job Summary:
Responsible for promoting and selling home textile products such as bed sheets, towels, curtains, blankets, cushions, and other home furnishing items. The role involves assisting customers, achieving sales targets, maintaining product displays, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers and understand their home textile requirements.
- Recommend suitable products based on customer preferences and budget.
- Demonstrate product features, fabric quality, sizes, and care instructions.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Maintain attractive product displays and ensure shelves are well-stocked.
- Process billing and handle customer inquiries or complaints professionally.
- Keep up to date with new collections, promotions, and pricing.
- Monitor inventory and report stock shortages to the supervisor.
- Build long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Follow company policies and maintain a clean, organized sales area.
