Job Summary
This position focuses on policy servicing within the Property & Casualty Insurance domain requiring proficiency in MS Office tools. Responsibilities

Assist in training and mentoring new team members on policy servicing procedures and tools.

Demonstrate proficiency in MS Office tools including Excel Word and PowerPoint for efficient policy management.
Possess strong analytical skills to identify and resolve policy discrepancies effectively.

Showcase attention to detail to ensure accuracy in policy servicing tasks and documentation.
Have a foundational understanding of Property & Casualty Insurance which is considered a nice-to-have skill.

Certifications Required
Microsoft Office Specialist Certification Certification in Property & Casualty Insurance is a plus.
