Job Description – Store Manager / Assistant Store Manager
Location- Bangalore
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day store operations.
- Drive sales and achieve KPIs.
- Deliver exceptional customer service.
- Lead, coach and develop the store team.
- Ensure visual merchandising standards.
- Manage inventory and shrinkage.
- Ensure SOP and audit compliance.
- Analyze reports and improve business performance.
Required Skills
Excellent communication, leadership, retail operations, sales orientation, customer relationship management, visual merchandising, inventory management, MS Excel, problem solving.
Qualification
Graduate/Post Graduate preferred. Retail/Fashion Management, Business Administration, Hotel Management or equivalent is an advantage.
KPIs
Sales Achievement, Conversion Rate, ABV, ASP, UPT, Customer Satisfaction, Team Productivity, Inventory Accuracy, Shrinkage Control, Store Audit Compliance.
