KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage Live Chat Volume, AHT & SLA
- Lead the floor & provide real-time agent support
- Handle agent performance, shifts & breaks
- Manage crisis & flight disruption escalations
- Strong knowledge of Fare Construction & Upsell Matrix
- Drive sales, productivity & customer experience
