Job Title: Business Development Executive

Job Responsibilities:
- Generate new business leads through field visits, phone calls, references, and online platforms.
- Identify and approach potential customers in the Government, Industrial, Commercial, and Private sectors.
- Conduct customer meetings, product demonstrations, and follow-up activities.
- Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and tender-related documents as required.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Coordinate with technical and project teams to ensure timely execution of customer requirements.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business growth objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, visits, and sales activities.
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to management.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good presentation and customer-handling abilities.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Email Communication, and CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Quick learner with a positive and result-oriented attitude.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
