As an RPA Developer (Python), you will work with cross-functional teams to understand business processes and build intelligent automation solutions. You will be involved in designing, developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining automation workflows while gaining hands-on experience with RAP's automation platform.
- Develop automation solutions using Python and RAP's RPA platform.
- Understand business requirements and translate them into automated workflows.
- Design, develop, configure, test, and deploy automation processes.
- Build reusable automation components and scripts.
- Perform unit testingand integration testingto ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Troubleshoot and resolveissues in automation workflows.
- Maintain and enhanceexisting automation solutions.
- Prepare technical documentation, including design documentsand test plans.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to deliverautomation solutions.
- Participate in feature validation, testing, and adoptionof new product capabilities.
- Ensure timely deliverywhile adhering to quality standards.
- Strong programming skillsin Python (Mandatory).
- Basic knowledge of JavaScript.
- Good understanding of programming concepts,including:
- Functions
- Loops
- Data Structures
- Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
- File Handling
- Exception Handling
- Strong analytical and logical thinkingskills.
- Basic understanding of REST APIs and JSON.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to learnnew technologies and automation platforms.
- Exposure to RPA toolssuch as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of SQL.
- Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
- Academic projects, internships, or certifications relatedto Python, Automation, AI, or RPA.
- Familiarity with Git or versioncontrol tools.
- Education: BE/B.Tech (ComputerScience, Information Technology, AI & DS, AI & ML, ECE), MCA, M.Sc. (Computer Science/IT), or equivalent.
- Experience: Freshers (2025/2026 Pass-outs) or candidates with up to 1 year of experience.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise-scale Hyperautomation solutions.
