Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Student Advisor to counsel students and parents about JEE, NEET, and K12 online courses. The role involves understanding students' requirements, guiding them to the right program, and converting inquiries into admissions.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Counsel students and parents over calls regarding JEE, NEET, and K12 courses.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to guide prospective students.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into enrollments.
- Explain course features, fees, and admission process.
- Maintain student records and update CRM regularly.
- Achieve monthly admission targets.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Inside Sales, Admission Counseling, Academic Counseling, Cold Calling, or EdTech Sales.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable working in a target-based sales environment.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM is an added advantage.
