JOB SUMMARY:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Digital Designer to develop visual content for digital platforms including websites, social media, and marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have a strong design sense, technical proficiency in design tools, and the ability to translate ideas into visually appealing and user-friendly designs.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Design engaging graphics, layouts, and visual assets for digital and social media platforms.
· Develop web layouts, landing pages, and UI/UX designs that enhance user experience.
· Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to create designs for campaigns, promotions, and product visuals.
· Ensure brand consistency across all visual communications.
· Create motion graphics, reels, and short videos for digital marketing.
· Edit and optimize visuals for different platforms (web, mobile, and print when required).
· Stay up-to-date with emerging design trends, tools, and technologies.
· Manage multiple design projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Visual Communication or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in digital design or similar creative roles. (Freshers with strong portfolio can also apply).
Technical Skills:
· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, After Effects) or Figma / Canva.
· Strong understanding of color theory, typography, and layout principles.
· Basic knowledge of UI/UX design and responsive layouts.
· Creativity, attention to detail, and time management skills.
· Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
