- Prepare annual sales budget for sales territory and compile sales of other territories.
- Extend business support for Floras activities in terms of sales, MIS reports, technical services, etc.
- Ensure supply chain optimisation of all finished products and raw materials.
- Identify and implement new business opportunities related to agriculture inputs | food processing | agro based industries | new crops | new geographies | new products.
- Manage date palm nursery to maintain mortality below 1% and oil palm plantation to make it sustainable and profitable.
- Achieve customer satisfaction by extending timely services and endeavor to constantly improve based on customer feedback.
- Ensure compliance to all statutory requirements.
- Ensure safety and establish GHK practices for work place and all sites.
- Prepare, review and ensure adherence to department policies and SOPs.
- Perform the role of people manager.
- Qualification - B.Sc. | M.Sc. (Biotechnology/Agriculture) MBA (Agriculture Marketing)
- Experience - 3 to 5 Years
