We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused BPO Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, explaining products or services, resolving queries, and maintaining good customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Handle inbound customer calls and respond to queries professionally.
- Explain products, services, offers, and company policies clearly.
- Follow up with customers and generate leads where required.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and call details.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and performance targets.
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
- Coordinate with other departments when required.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while communicating with customers.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
