We are seeking an IT Infrastructure & Security Associate to manage and scale our core technical ecosystem. You will be responsible for the "steel and wire" of our operations—ensuring our network is impenetrable, our users are well-trained, and our multi-site infrastructure is seamlessly integrated.
Key Responsibilities
- Security & Identity Management: Deploy and manage enterprise security solutions, specifically SentinelOne, Netskope, and Patch Manager, across all endpoints.
- Access Control: Maintain and manage Active Directory (AD), overseeing user permissions, group policies, and secure onboarding/offboarding processes.
- Networking & Firewall: Configure and maintain Fortinet firewall policies and VPN tunnels; monitor network uptime and troubleshoot hardware including fiber backbones and server racks.
- Quality Assurance: Perform functional testing on internal software updates and API integrations to validate security protocols.
- User Empowerment: Lead User Access Trainings to educate staff on security best practices, MFA, and phishing awareness.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Fortinet firewalls and a solid grasp of TCP/IP, DNS, and VLANs.
- Security Stack: Practical experience with SentinelOne (EDR), Netskope (SaaS Security/CASB), and automated Patch Management tools.
- Infrastructure: Knowledge of identity management (AD/LDAP) and managing physical server environments.
- Experience: 2–4 years in IT infrastructure, system administration, or a dedicated security role.
- Communication: Ability to break down complex security concepts for non-technical staff.
Additional Requirements
- Mobility: Must be willing to travel to various operational sites and farm locations for periodic infrastructure audits, hardware installations, and on-site technical support.
- On-Site Coordination: Ability to manage physical deployments, such as server rack migrations or fiber optic maintenance, which may require being physically present at remote locations.
Preferred Skills
- Experience within the Zoho business suite (Analytics, People, or Creator).
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, NSE 4, or CompTIA Security+).
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
