About the Role
Magnet Brains is seeking an experienced EdTech Project Manager to manage and enhance its digital learning ecosystem across YouTube, website, mobile applications, and other learning platforms.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing EdTech platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and execute projects across Magnet Brains' digital learning platforms.
- Coordinate with content and academic teams to ensure smooth delivery of educational content and platform initiatives.
- Monitor platform performance, learner engagement, and user experience.
- Identify and implement improvements to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into actionable project plans.
- Analyze user feedback and platform data to drive continuous improvement.
- Support the launch of new courses, features, and digital learning initiatives.
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and key milestones.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the EdTech industry.
- Experience managing educational platforms, LMS solutions, online learning products, or YouTube-based educational ecosystems.
- Strong understanding of digital content delivery, learner engagement, and online education workflows.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
