We are looking for a motivated and confident Telemarketing Executive to generate leads and promote our social media marketing services. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive approach, and the ability to build relationships with potential clients over the phone.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients.
- Introduce and explain the company's social media marketing services.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable marketing solutions.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Follow up with interested prospects and maintain regular communication.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and lead status in the CRM system.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and address basic service-related questions.
- Stay updated on the company's services, pricing, and current digital marketing trends.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (preferred).
- 1–2 years of experience in telemarketing, telesales, or customer service (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google Business Profile is an advantage.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and meet performance targets.
