Production Supervisor – Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Production Supervisor in the Pharmaceutical, Cosmetics, FMCG, or Personal Care industry.
- Proven experience in handling and supervising a team of 30+ shop-floor workers/labourers.
- Strong knowledge of production planning, manufacturing processes, line management, productivity improvement, and quality standards.
- Familiarity with GMP, SOPs, safety practices, and production documentation.
- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Education: Any graduate
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
