HR Executive & Admin

Age: 23–30 Years
Role Summary:
Manage HR operations and administrative functions to ensure smooth day-to-day office & factory (2 Days) operations.
Preferred Experience : HR & Admin Professional with experience in manufacturing and engineering industries, supporting operations involving GMP-compliant production facilities, mixers, reactors, dryers, and process equipment. Skilled in recruitment, employee relations, statutory compliance, payroll coordination, attendance management, contract labor administration, training coordination, and general administration. Experienced in working closely with production, engineering, quality, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth plant operations and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation.
- Maintain attendance, leave records, and payroll inputs.
- Support employee engagement and HR compliance activities.
- Maintain employee records and HR MIS reports.
- Manage office administration, facilities, housekeeping, and vendors.
- Procure office supplies and maintain asset records.
- Coordinate travel, meetings, and administrative support for management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
Requirements:
- Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–5 years of domain experience in HR & Administration.
- Knowledge of recruitment, payroll, labor laws, and office administration.
- Proficient in MS Office and HR software.
- Good communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.

Internal: CTC 25,000 -30,000
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
