Role Objective
To drive plot sales by activating channel partners (agents), managing site visits, and ensuring closures, while supporting the Sales Head in achieving aggressive sales targets within defined timelines.
Key Responsibilities
1. Agent (Channel Partner) Management
- Activate and manage marketing agents
- Build strong relationships with active and inactive agents
- Conduct daily follow-ups with agents for leads & site visits
- Identify and onboard new local agents/brokers
- Support team in closures, follow-ups.
2. Sales Funnel Management
- Track and manage daily pipeline:
- Leads generated
- Interested customers
- Site visits
- Closures
- Maintain and update daily reports (calls, visits, conversions)
3. Site Visit Management
- Coordinate and schedule daily site visits
- Ensure high-quality customer experience during visits
- Personally attend key visits and support agents in closing
- Follow up with customers post-visit for conversion
4. Sales Closures
- Drive end-to-end sales closure process
- Support agents in negotiation and deal finalization
- Handle customer objections and decision-making support
- Ensure timely booking/blocking of plots
5. Marketing & Campaign Support
- Work closely on:
- Daily WhatsApp creatives
- Campaign messaging
- Ensure agents actively use marketing materials
- Drive participation in campaigns, events, and launch activities
6. Daily Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Collect daily updates from agents:
- Calls made
- Leads generated
- Site visits
- Share daily team performance updates
- Highlight top performers and push for improvements
7. Target Ownership
- Ensure daily and weekly targets are met through structured follow-ups
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
