About the Role
We are looking for a creative and technically skilled AE Artist / Motion Graphics Artist with 3+ years of professional experience to join our creative team.
The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Adobe After Effects, motion graphics, animation, compositing, and visual storytelling. The candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality animations, promotional videos, explainer videos, social media content, and other motion-based visual experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Create high-quality motion graphics and animations using Adobe After Effects.
- Develop engaging 2D animations, promotional videos, explainer videos, and social media videos.
- Create animated titles, transitions, lower thirds, infographics, typography, and visual effects.
- Work with text, graphics, illustrations, images, video footage, and 3D elements to create compelling compositions.
- Perform compositing, masking, tracking, keying, rotoscoping, and color correction.
- Create visually appealing logo animations, product animations, corporate videos, and presentations.
- Convert creative concepts/storyboards into polished motion graphics.
- Work closely with designers, 3D artists, video editors, and project teams.
- Understand project briefs and deliver work according to creative requirements.
- Make revisions based on client/team feedback while maintaining quality and deadlines.
- Organize project files, compositions, assets, and renders efficiently.
- Ensure final outputs meet required technical specifications and formats for digital platforms.
Required Technical Skills
Mandatory:
- Adobe After Effects – Advanced proficiency
- Strong knowledge of Motion Graphics
- Strong understanding of Animation Principles
- Experience with Compositing and Visual Effects
- Good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
- Good knowledge of Adobe Illustrator
- Understanding of video formats, codecs, resolutions, frame rates, and rendering
Important After Effects Skills
The candidate should be comfortable working with:
- Keyframe animation
- Graph Editor
- Shape layers
- Text animation
- Masking & mattes
- Motion tracking
- 2D compositing
- Rotoscoping
- Green screen / chroma key
- Camera animation
- Expressions – basic to intermediate
- Pre-compositions
- 3D layers and cameras
- Motion blur
- Visual effects
- Rendering & optimization
Good to Have
- Premiere Pro
- Cinema 4D / Blender / Maya
- Basic 3D animation knowledge
- Element 3D / Redshift / other rendering workflows
- Experience with Unreal Engine is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of sound design and audio synchronization
- AI-assisted creative/motion workflows
- Experience creating content for LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and other digital platforms
Candidate Profile
We are looking for a candidate who:
- Has 3+ years of professional experience in Motion Graphics / After Effects.
- Has a strong understanding of visual storytelling and animation.
- Can independently take a project from brief → concept → animation → compositing → final render.
- Has strong attention to detail and visual aesthetics.
- Can work on multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
- Is comfortable working collaboratively with designers, 3D artists, and project teams.
- Can understand feedback and make creative improvements.
- Keeps up with current motion design, animation, and visual content trends.
Portfolio Requirement – Mandatory
Candidates must share a showreel/portfolio demonstrating their actual motion graphics work.
The portfolio should ideally include:
- Motion graphics
- 2D animation
- Corporate videos
- Explainer videos
- Product animations
- Typography animation
- Logo animation
- Compositing/VFX
- Social media motion content
- 3D + motion graphics, if available
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
