Job Role: Media Team Leader
We are looking for a creative, driven, and leadership-oriented Media Team Leader to manage content production, guide the media team, and contribute to the growth of our digital presence.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of proven experience in media/content creation with a strong performance record
- 1+ years of professional video editing experience preferred
- Strong scripting and direction skills for short-form content (Reels, Shorts, YouTube videos)
- Exposure to cinematography and video production
- Ability to lead, coordinate, and motivate media and internal teams
- Understanding of content strategy and organic audience growth
- Knowledge of digital marketing is an added advantage
- Ambition to grow into a Media Head/Content Strategist role
- Must own a personal editing laptop/system
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the media team to ensure high-quality content output
- Edit engaging videos for social media and YouTube platforms
- Develop content concepts, scripts, and creative direction
- Coordinate shoots, production schedules, and post-production activities
- Implement strategies to increase organic reach, engagement, and brand visibility
- Collaborate with marketing and academic teams for campaign execution
- Monitor content performance and suggest improvements
