The Senior HR Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, attendance, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, performance management, training, and employee relations. The role ensures HR policies are implemented effectively while supporting business objectives and maintaining a positive work environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Selection
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for sales, service, body shop, administration, and support functions.
- Coordinate interviews with department heads.
- Conduct reference checks and issue offer letters.
- Ensure timely onboarding of new employees.
Employee Onboarding & Induction
- Conduct induction programs for new employees.
- Complete employee documentation and maintain personnel files.
- Coordinate joining formalities and probation tracking.
Attendance & Payroll
- Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and shift schedules.
- Prepare payroll inputs and coordinate with the payroll team.
- Resolve employee payroll-related queries.
Performance Management
- Coordinate probation confirmations and annual performance appraisals.
- Track employee KPIs and appraisal documentation.
- Support managers in performance improvement initiatives.
Employee Engagement
- Organize employee engagement activities, recognition programs, and celebrations.
- Address employee grievances and maintain healthy employee relations.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze attrition trends.
Training & Development
- Identify training needs across departments.
- Coordinate internal and external training programs.
- Maintain training records and evaluate effectiveness.
HR Operations
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Prepare HR reports including headcount, attrition, recruitment status, and absenteeism.
- Ensure HRMS data is accurate and up to date.
Compliance
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Maintain records related to PF, ESI, gratuity, and other statutory obligations.
- Support internal and external HR audits.
Policy Implementation
- Communicate and implement company HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure disciplinary processes are handled fairly and professionally.
- Promote organizational values and workplace ethics.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA/MSW/PGDM in Human Resource Management is preferred.
Experience
- 4–7 years of HR experience.
- Experience in the automobile dealership industry is preferred.
- Knowledge of dealership operations is an advantage.

Working Conditions
- Six-day working week as per dealership policy.
- May require extended working hours during audits, recruitment drives, payroll processing, or business events.
- Coordination with Sales, Service, Spare Parts, Finance, and Administration departments.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
