Job Description:
NOC - Level 2
. Hands on trouble shooting experience and Configuration and management of Cisco Routers. (Must to have)
. Hands on trouble shooting experience and Configuration and management of Cisco Catalyst , Nexus series of switches. (Must to have)
. In-depth knowledge and practical understanding of Networking concepts OSI, TCP and DNS, DHCP, IP, ARP, ICMP, TCP, UDP, SNMP,
. Candidate must have experience in LAN/WAN troubleshooting.
. Provide incident response & resolution as part of the 24x7 Network Operations Center
. Responsible for handling the Entire Network of a major Client.
. Required to follow detailed change management and incident management processes
. Communicate / Collaborate with other technical teams regarding Routing/Switching/Wireless operations
. Work in a fast paced operations environment & Troubleshooting DC environment incidents
- Contact ISP service providers / Vendors in case of incidents and hands and feet support
. Good in communication and capable of handling inbound and outbound customer calls, which includes live network troubleshooting. Preferred NOC Skills with SD back Ground (Must to have)
. Good in tools – PRTG, Zabbix, ServiceNow (Must to have)
. Good to have knowledge of genesis platform to handle Inbound / Outbound Calls
. Certification :CCNA (must to have)/ CCNP (good to have)
. Candidate should be willing to work in 24x7 rotational shifts.
. Ensure tickets assigned to the queue are accepted and worked on time
. Monitor 'open' tickets
