We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Growth Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn networking, and relationship building. The role focuses on acquiring clients for our Digital Marketing, Website Development, Mobile Application Development, CRM Development, Portal Development, AI Solutions, and Technology Consulting services.
Experience Required
- 2 to 5 years of experience in Business Development, Lead Generation, Sales, or Client Acquisition
- Experience selling digital services, IT services, software solutions, or technology consulting services will be preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and online research
- Identify and engage decision-makers, business owners, founders, and senior executives
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline across international markets
- Schedule discovery meetings and sales consultations for the business development team
- Conduct outbound prospecting activities and follow-ups to convert opportunities into sales discussions

- Maintain CRM records, sales activities, and lead status updates

- Achieve monthly lead generation, meeting booking, and revenue targets
- Prepare daily and weekly sales activity reports
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong cold calling and objection-handling abilities
- Experience with email outreach and LinkedIn prospecting
- Good understanding of technology services and digital solutions

Shift & Work Details
- Shift Timing: 6:30 PM – 4:00 AM
- Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 Days Working)
