We are looking for a Customer Relationship Manager(CRM) who is customer - focused and service - oriented .The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer interactions and ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.
Required Skills:
1.Fluent in English speaking. Good communication and interpersonal skills
2.Problem solving and customer handling ability
3.Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, email handling ,CRM tools preferred)
4.Ability to multitask and work in a fast - paced environment
5.Positive attitude and team player
Role :
Outbound and inbound calls- Handle customer queries, giving proper information, requests, and follow-ups through calls, emails, messages, and other communication channels
Address customer concerns and complaints, and escalate issues to the relevant department when necessary

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
