POSITION DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a WhatsApp Automation Specialist to manage and optimize conversational marketing campaigns. The role involves building automated WhatsApp journeys, integrating with Meta ads, and improving lead conversions. You will work closely with marketing and other teams to enhance user experience and drive campaign performance.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own end-to-end setup and management of WhatsApp automation workflows across campaigns
- Lead onboarding and implementation of platforms like AiSensy, especially for Click to-WhatsApp (CTW) ads
- Integrate and optimize Facebook Ads with WhatsApp funnels to drive qualified leads and conversions
- Design, build, and continuously improve WhatsApp bot flows, including lead qualification, nurturing, and booking journeys
- Train and refine AI chatbots to ensure accurate, human-like, and conversion-focused responses
- Create and manage multi-step conversational journeys tailored to different campaigns and audiences
- Monitor campaign performance and share daily/weekly reports on metrics like CTR, response rate, drop-offs, and conversions
- Analyze user behavior and optimize flows to improve engagement and reduce drop offs
- Collaborate with marketing and CRM teams to align campaign messaging, offers, and automation logic
- Stay updated with the latest trends in AI tools, conversational marketing, and automation platforms
- Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously with strong attention to timelines and performance goals
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Tourism, or related field.
- 2+ Years Experience with WhatsApp automation tools
- Hands-on experience with Click-to-WhatsApp (CTW) ads and Meta Ads integration
- Strong understanding of chatbot training and conversational UX
- Ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights from campaign reports
- Certifications in AI, automation tools, or conversational marketing (preferred)
- Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management systems
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
