Job Summary
Experienced Scrum Master with 8+ years in the IT industry, specializing in managing large-scale and complex projects within the BFSI domain. Proven ability to handle large, cross-functional teams and drive integrated program delivery. Strong communicator with high energy, ownership, and a passion for ensuring timely and quality delivery while effectively managing stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams, ensuring adherence to Agile principles and Scrum practices
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
- Manage large-scale, complex, and integrated projects involving multiple teams and dependencies
- Identify, track, and remove impediments to ensure smooth sprint execution
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners on backlog prioritization and readiness
- Drive delivery across cross-functional teams and ensure alignment on goals and timelines
- Monitor project progress, risks, and dependencies; provide timely updates
- Ensure high-quality and timely delivery of releases
- Coach and mentor teams on Agile best practices and continuous improvement
- Encourage a culture of accountability, ownership, and collaboration
