Job Role: Customer Engagement Specialist
Location: Nagercoil, Tamil Nadu
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers through chat, email, and other digital communication channels.
- Respond to customer queries promptly and professionally.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Resolve customer concerns while ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal teams to address customer issues effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Follow up with customers to ensure timely resolution of their requests.
