Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and result-driven B2B Sales Executive to join our team in Chennai. The candidate will be responsible for identifying, approaching, and converting potential business clients for our digital marketing and technology development services.
The ideal candidate should be confident in generating leads independently, doing cold outreach, meeting clients in person, and closing business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new B2B leads independently through cold calling, cold emails, LinkedIn outreach, networking, referrals, field visits, and other prospecting methods.
- Identify potential business clients within Chennai and actively approach them for digital marketing and tech development services.
- Build and manage their own sales pipeline from lead generation to meetings, follow-ups, negotiation, and closure.
- Travel within Chennai to meet prospective and existing clients for business discussions, presentations, and follow-ups.
- Understand client business needs and suggest suitable digital marketing or technology solutions.
- Schedule meetings, give presentations, and follow up with prospects regularly.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to company revenue growth.
- Coordinate with internal teams for proposals, quotations, and project discussions.
- Maintain regular updates on leads, follow-ups, and sales pipeline.
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in digital marketing, IT services, web development, software services, or related industries.
- Must have experience in self-generating leads and handling cold outreach.
- Should be confident in cold calling, cold emailing, and initiating conversations with new prospects.
- Must be willing to travel locally within Chennai for client meetings.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Good understanding of digital marketing and technology services.
- Ability to generate leads and close deals independently.
- Proactive, target-driven, and capable of finding and converting new business opportunities.
- Professional attitude with good client handling skills.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in selling digital marketing, website, mobile app, web app, or software development services.
- Existing business network or client connections in Chennai will be an added advantage.
