Access Control – Check employees, visitors, vehicles, and entry/exit passes.
Patrolling – Regularly patrol the premises and identify safety risks.
Emergency Response – Handle fire, accidents, theft, fights, and other emergencies.
Communication Skills – Communicate clearly with employees, visitors, supervisors, and police/emergency services.
Basic Fire & Safety Knowledge – Know basic fire-fighting equipment and evacuation procedures.
Physical Fitness – Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for long periods.
Discipline & Integrity – Be punctual, honest, responsible, and follow security procedures.
Conflict Management – Handle difficult or aggressive people calmly.
First Aid Knowledge – Basic first-aid skills are an advantage.
Teamwork – Coordinate with other guards, supervisors, and management.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
