About Blox
Blox is India's first end-to-end digital home-buying platform, built to simplify and
professionalize how residential real estate is bought in the country. The platform integrates
property discovery, site visits, transaction support, documentation, financing coordination,
and post-sales processes into a single, technology-enabled journey. Backed by $35M+ in
venture capital, Blox has already enabled ₹10,000+ Crore of Gross Transaction Value (GTV)
and partners with leading residential developers across India. The company operates at scale
across major metropolitan regions and continues to scale its platform and operating model
rapidly.
Role Context
This role exists to establish, maintain, and secure the front-end marketing layer and tracking data ecosystem for Blox’s growth initiatives. This is not a traditional full-stack engineering position; it is designed for a developer who thrives on:
Building highly optimized, lightning-fast landing pages for various real estate projects.
Owning the technical setup and integration with developer ecosystems like Meta and Google.
Architecting and managing cloud-based serverless or containerized environments for
campaign assets.
Reducing data friction so marketing operations can scale seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities
1. Conversion-Focused Development
Build, deploy, and maintain high-performing, mobile-first landing pages tailored to high-
ticket real estate buyers.
Optimize site speed, core web vitals, and asset delivery to guarantee minimal drop-offs from high-volume ad traffic.
Ensure code, files, and templates remain organized and easily accessible for rapid
deployment across multiple projects.
2. Meta & Google Developer Ecosystem Orchestration
Serve as the technical owner for Meta for Developers and Google for Developers setups.
Implement, test, and troubleshoot conversion tracking architectures, including Meta
Conversions API (CAPI) and Google Analytics 4 (GA4) measurement protocols.
Coordinate selectively with the media buying and data teams to resolve tracking
discrepancies, match-rate drops, or pixel failures.
3. Cloud Infrastructure & Hosting Management
Architect and manage cloud hosting environments on AWS (Amazon Web Services)
explicitly for marketing landers (e.g., CloudFront, S3, Route 53, or EC2/Amplify).
Ensure maximum uptime, robust security configurations (SSL, DDoS protection), and
automated scaling routines during peak ad-spend periods.
Manage DNS records, domain allocations, and subdomains across diverse real estate project portfolios.
4. Data Security & Compliance
Handle sensitive user and customer generation data streaming through web forms with
absolute protection and compliance protocols.
Act as a buffer against technical vulnerabilities, scripts breaking, or integration downtime.
Who Is This Role For
You are someone who:
Enjoys making data pipelines and technical operations run smoothly between marketing and engineering.
Is deeply organized with code and infrastructure, but not rigid when marketing requirements shift fast.
Has a natural instinct for relentless follow-through and data verification.
Takes pride in being highly reliable under high-pressure marketing deadlines and
indispensable to data scaling operations.
Required Experience & Skills
Technical Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of web development experience with a strong
focus on frontend tech (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/React/Next.js).
Tracking & API Proficiency: Hands-on experience working directly with Meta and Google
Graph APIs, server-side tracking configurations, and developer consoles.
AWS Competency: Proven experience deploying and maintaining static or dynamic web
architectures within AWS infrastructure.
Execution Capabilities: Ability to multitask, prioritize, and execute infrastructure setup or
landing page debugging cleanly without handholding.
What Will Make You Successful Here
You anticipate tracking anomalies and site vulnerabilities before they affect campaign
performance.
You close technical loops relentlessly between frontend systems and backend analytical
layers.
You don't drop balls regarding server uptime or pixel tracking accuracy.
You understand that pixel data and accurate tracking are the financial currency of marketing success.
