Role Overview
The School of Law invites applications from qualified and motivated academicians for the positions of Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, and Professor in the area of Management. The selected candidates will contribute to teaching, research, curriculum development, academic administration, and interdisciplinary learning by integrating management principles with legal education.
Required Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Management or a relevant specialization.
- Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) with an excellent academic record.
- Strong teaching and/or research experience in management disciplines.
- Evidence of quality publications in reputed journals, funded research projects, consultancy, or industry engagement.
- Qualifications and experience should be as per UGC and JAIN (Deemed-to-be University) norms.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality teaching at undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
- Develop and revise curriculum in accordance with emerging industry trends and academic standards.
- Conduct impactful research and publish in reputed national and international journals.
- Apply for and execute funded research projects, consultancy assignments, and industry collaborations.
- Mentor students in academic, research, internships, and career development activities.
- Guide student projects, dissertations, and research work (especially for senior faculty positions).
- Participate in academic planning, accreditation activities, examinations, and other administrative responsibilities.
- Organize and contribute to seminars, workshops, conferences, faculty development programmes, and outreach initiatives.
- Foster interdisciplinary collaboration between management and legal studies to enhance student learning and industry relevance.
