Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager – Real Estate to plan, execute, and manage end-to-end marketing strategies for residential and commercial projects. The role focuses on lead generation, brand visibility, campaign management, and coordination with sales teams to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities (Marketing)
Develop and execute marketing strategies for real estate projects (residential & commercial).
Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns including social media, Google Ads, portals, and email marketing.
Coordinate with creative agencies for branding, creatives, brochures, hoardings, and marketing collaterals.
Manage project launches, site events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
Generate and track leads through multiple marketing channels and ensure quality lead flow to sales teams.
Monitor campaign performance, ROI, and prepare regular marketing reports.
Work closely with sales and channel teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
Manage property listings on real estate portals and ensure timely updates.
Handle vendor coordination for printing, digital media, and outdoor marketing.
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing communication.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
3–6 years of experience in real estate marketing (Developer / Channel Partner / Real Estate Firm).
Strong understanding of digital marketing, lead generation, and branding strategies.
Experience in handling real estate portals and digital campaigns.
Excellent communication, planning, and coordination skills.
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and marketing platforms.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
