Job Title: Business Development Manager (BDM) – IT Staff Augmentation

About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive growth for our IT Staff Augmentation business. The ideal candidate should have experience in identifying new business opportunities, acquiring clients, building long-term relationships, and closing staffing deals in domestic and international markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound sales, networking, referrals, and digital platforms.
- Identify and acquire clients requiring IT Staff Augmentation and dedicated development teams.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close business deals.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure timely delivery of qualified resources.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and CRM records.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
Required Skills
- 5–8 years of experience in Business Development or IT Sales.
- Proven experience in IT Staff Augmentation, resource outsourcing, or IT services sales.
- Strong understanding of offshore/onshore staffing models.
- Experience selling software development services and dedicated development teams.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to independently manage the end-to-end sales process.
- Experience with CRM tools and sales automation platforms.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience working with US, UK, Australia, or other international markets is preferred.
- Existing network of clients in IT services or staffing will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹13,968.73 - ₹58,228.31 per month
