Business Development Executive (BDE)

About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and confident Business Development Executive with a B.Tech background to join our team. The ideal candidate will work with US-based clients, build strong relationships, identify business opportunities, and contribute to the company's growth.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities with US clients.
Communicate with prospective clients through calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
Understand client requirements and present suitable solutions.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Maintain accurate records of leads and sales activities in the CRM.
Achieve assigned business development targets.
Requirements
B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related engineering discipline.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Willingness to work in the US shift.
Basic understanding of software development and IT services.
Freshers are encouraged to apply.
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of CRM tools.
Experience with LinkedIn outreach and email communication.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.

CTC: ₹3–3.5 LPA
Shift: US Shift (5:30 PM – 2:30 AM IST)
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
