We manufacture premium signage solutions including LED displays, channel letters, ACP cladding, neon signs, wayfinding systems, and custom branding solutions for businesses across India. Job Responsibilities Accounting & Finance - Maintain day-to-day accounts in Tally. - Record sales, purchases, expenses, receipts, and payment entries. - Generate invoices, quotations, debit notes, and credit notes. - Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts. - Maintain GST-related records and coordinate with the CA whenever required. - Keep customer and supplier account statements updated. - Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records. Banking & Payment Management - Deposit cheques and handle bank-related work. - Prepare and process NEFT/RTGS/IMPS payments. - Follow up for customer payments and outstanding receivables. - Coordinate vendor payments as per management approval. - Handle cheque issuance, payment receipts, and banking documentation. - Maintain daily cash and bank balance reports. Administration - Maintain petty cash records. - Organize and file accounting documents. - Coordinate with management regarding financial updates. - Assist with monthly financial reports and account closing. - Support other office administration work whenever required. Requirements - Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting. - Good knowledge of Tally ERP. - Basic understanding of GST and banking procedures. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office. - Good communication and organizational skills. - Honest, responsible, and detail-oriented. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. Preferred - Experience in a manufacturing or signage-related company will be an advantage. - Knowledge of inventory and purchase accounting is preferred.
