Key Responsibilities:
- Provide desktop, laptop, and printer support to end users.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems and software.
- Resolve hardware, software, network, and email-related issues.
- Set up and maintain user accounts, systems, and peripherals.
- Monitor and maintain IT assets and ensure system security.
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and replacements.
- Provide timely technical support to employees and maintain issue logs.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in Desktop Support or IT Helpdesk (BPO experience preferred).
- Good knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, networking, and hardware troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with Active Directory, Outlook, and basic LAN/WAN concepts is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Graduate/Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
