# JOB DESCRIPTION – INTERNATIONAL RECRUITER
**Position:** International Recruiter
**Location:** Remote / Work From Home
**Employment Type:** Full-Time | On Payroll
**Experience:** 2–5 Years
### Key Responsibilities
* Handle **end-to-end international recruitment** for overseas clients.
* Source candidates through **Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, GulfTalent, Bayt, Naukrigulf, Monster and other relevant job portals**.
* Source candidates through databases, headhunting, references and social media.
* Screen candidates through calls/video interviews and shortlist suitable profiles.
* Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, offer acceptance and joining.
* Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.
* Handle multiple vacancies and achieve monthly recruitment targets.
* Communicate professionally with candidates and international clients.
Requirements
* 2–5 years of recruitment experience; **international/overseas recruitment preferred**.
* Strong sourcing, headhunting and screening skills.
* Excellent English communication and candidate-handling skills.
* Hands-on experience with **Naukri/Resdex, LinkedIn and other recruitment portals**.
* Experience recruiting for **UAE, GCC/Middle East, UK, Europe, USA or other international markets** will be preferred.
* Target-oriented with strong follow-up and coordination skills.
