We are hiring a confident, hands-on Flutter Developer who has already shipped production mobile apps and can contribute with minimal hand-holding. This role is best suited for someone with solid professional experience building Flutter apps, integrating APIs, and making practical engineering decisions in a fast-moving product environment. We are not looking for freshers for this position.
What you'll do:
Build, maintain, and improve production-grade Flutter applications
Integrate Flutter apps with Django REST APIs and collaborate closely with backend engineers
Deliver responsive, polished UIs using Material Design 3, even when specifications are not fully detailed
Write clean, modular, testable, and maintainable code
Work effectively within an existing codebase, improving features and performance without unnecessary rewrites
Take ownership of features from requirement to release
Debug issues quickly and solve problems with sound engineering judgment
Stay current with the Flutter ecosystem and adopt tools pragmatically
What we're looking for:
2+ years of hands-on experience building and shipping Flutter applications in a professional environment
Strong command of Dart and Flutter application architecture
Practical experience with Hive, Riverpod 2.0, Freezed, Dio, Bloc/Cubit, and flutter_hooks
Comfortable with HookWidget, ConsumerWidget, ConsumerStatefulWidget, LayoutBuilder, FutureBuilder, StreamBuilder, async/await, and Flutter animations
Strong understanding of REST APIs and experience integrating with Django REST Framework
Ability to work independently, communicate clearly, and make confident technical decisions
Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and code-quality instincts
Experience working inside an existing production codebase and improving it responsibly
Nice to have:
Python or Django experience
Unit testing and widget testing in Flutter
Git and basic CI/CD familiarity
