We are looking of a Sales Manager for a manufacturing company located in Mandi Gobindgarh(Punjab)
The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and leading the sales team within the construction sector. The role involves handling B2B sales, tendering processes, and project-based selling.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities (builders, contractors, developers, government projects)
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, consultants, and contractors
- Handle tendering, bidding, and contract negotiations
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team
- Coordinate with project, engineering, and procurement teams
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management
Qualification: B.Tech(Civil)/MBA (Marketing)
Experience: 5 years to 7 years
