Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD 2D.
- Good understanding of MEP systems and construction drawings.
- Knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing & Fire Fighting drawings.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
- Good knowledge of shop drawings and as-built drawings.
- Experience with Revit MEP is an added advantage.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet project deadlines.
- Diploma/ITI/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related field preferred.
Job Description:
- Prepare detailed MEP drawings for HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting systems.
- Develop 2D drawings, layouts, sections, and shop drawings using AutoCAD.
- Coordinate MEP drawings with architectural and structural drawings.
- Prepare as-built drawings and update drawings based on site changes.
- Review drawings and ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
- Coordinate with engineers, site teams, and contractors to resolve drawing-related issues.
- Make revisions and maintain proper drawing records.
- Support quantity take-offs and preparation of MEP documentation when required.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
