We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Shift Incharge for our Pet facility in Varanasi. The Shift Incharge will be responsible for overseeing all operational aspects during their assigned shift, ensuring the highest standards of animal welfare, facility cleanliness, and customer satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a genuine passion for animals. The successful candidate will manage a team, handle day-to-day issues, and ensure smooth operations in a fast-paced environment.
- Oversee and manage all daily operations during the assigned shift, including animal feeding, grooming, exercise, and health monitoring.
- Supervise and provide guidance to a team of pet care attendants, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and according to established protocols.
- Ensure the cleanliness, hygiene, and safety of all animal enclosures, common areas, and the overall facility.
- Monitor the health and well-being of all pets under care, reporting any concerns or changes to the appropriate personnel or veterinarian.
- Handle customer inquiries, bookings, check-ins, and check-outs, ensuring excellent customer service and resolving any issues promptly.
- Manage inventory of pet supplies, food, and cleaning materials, and report needs for reordering.
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures, including emergency protocols.
- Conduct regular facility checks to ensure all equipment is in good working order and report any maintenance needs.
- Train new staff members on operational procedures, animal handling techniques, and safety guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of pet activities, feeding schedules, health observations, and customer interactions.
- Assist in the administration of medications or special care as directed by pet owners or veterinary staff.
- Promote a positive and collaborative work environment among team members.
