Job Summary
We are hiring a Digital Marketing Trainer / Faculty to deliver classroom and practical training sessions for students pursuing digital marketing skills. The role is suitable for candidates with hands-on industry knowledge who are interested in teaching, mentoring, and helping learners build job-ready practical skills.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable explaining core digital marketing concepts, guiding students on assignments and projects, and supporting their overall learning and development.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct classroom and practical training sessions in digital marketing
- Teach students core concepts such as SEO, paid advertising, social media marketing, content marketing, and analytics
- Prepare and deliver lesson plans, assignments, practice tasks, and assessments
- Guide students on real-world projects, case studies, and campaign-based learning
- Monitor student progress and provide regular academic and practical feedback
- Assist students in understanding digital tools, campaign structure, and performance tracking
- Stay updated with current trends and changes in the digital marketing ecosystem
- Support students with portfolio building, interview preparation, and practical exposure
- Coordinate with internal academic or centre teams as required

Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline
- Digital Marketing certification preferred
- 2 to 5 years of total work experience
- Minimum 1 year of practical industry experience in digital marketing
- Prior teaching or training experience is preferred, but not mandatory
Required Skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to explain concepts in a simple and practical manner
- Hands-on understanding of digital marketing campaigns and tools
- Comfortable handling students in a classroom or training environment
- Basic planning, reporting, and mentoring ability
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Candidates with experience in digital marketing execution, campaign handling, agency work, freelance projects, or training will be preferred
