We are a growing video production company specializing in Corporate Films, Brand Videos, TVCs, Digital Ads, Product Videos, Employer Branding Films, Training Videos, and Social Media Content. We partner with leading brands to deliver high-quality visual storytelling and are looking for a results-driven Senior Business Development Manager to accelerate our business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end business development by identifying, acquiring, and managing new corporate clients.
- Build a strong pipeline through networking, LinkedIn, referrals, industry events, and strategic partnerships.
- Develop relationships with CXOs, Marketing Heads, Brand Managers, HR Leaders, Procurement Teams, and Corporate Communications professionals.
- Understand client objectives and recommend tailored video production and creative solutions.
- Lead client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and commercial discussions.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and pitch decks, and manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to project closure.
- Work closely with the creative and production teams to ensure seamless project execution and an exceptional client experience.
- Grow existing accounts by identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Maintain CRM records, sales reports, forecasts, and business development activities.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to drive strategic growth.
Requirements
- 5–10+ years of experience in Business Development, Corporate Sales, or Key Account Management.
- Proven track record of acquiring and managing corporate clients.
- Prior experience in a Video Production Company, Creative Agency, Advertising Agency, Branding Agency, Digital Marketing Agency, Media House, or a related B2B service industry is highly preferred.
- Strong corporate network with the ability to generate business independently.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Experience in preparing proposals, commercial quotations, and contract negotiations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Preference will be given to candidates with an existing network of corporate marketing teams, HR departments, branding agencies, and procurement professionals, along with a proven track record of selling creative, advertising, video production, or digital marketing services.
Candidates who can demonstrate consistent revenue generation, long-term client relationship management, and successful closure of high-value B2B deals will be highly preferred.
