Job Description
The Wake Makers is looking for a passionate and target-driven Sales Head to lead our sales efforts and help grow our wedding photography and filmmaking business. The ideal candidate should be confident in dealing with clients, handling inquiries, closing sales, and leading a team to achieve monthly targets.
Responsibilities
* Manage and lead the sales team.
* Handle client calls, meetings, and follow-ups.
* Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
* Build relationships with wedding venues, planners, and other referral partners.
* Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business goals.
* Monitor team performance and maintain sales reports.
* Ensure a smooth and professional client experience throughout the sales process.
Requirements
* Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales or Business Development (wedding or event industry experience is preferred).
* Strong communication and negotiation skills.
* Leadership and team management abilities.
* Target-oriented with a proactive approach.
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and CRM software is a plus.
